We loved views and comfort, the venue organised everything for us. For tea and goodies visit Gelateria Caffe' Cristallo, located close by. Sunny balcony was a bonus.

This hotel met the purpose, we would recommend to anyone. It was an excellent stay & location was perfect. We loved the lake view. Thanks for shuttle, it was a nice touch.

Location was great. But the site should mention that it's in the middle of a pedestrian area and cannot be reached by car or motorbike after 10:00 am.
Finding parking and enduring the hike in to the hotel on a hot day was not fun. Parking is not on-site. It is several blocks away, making getting luggage to and from the place a chore, unless you are there before 10:00 am. Although we were able to drive up to the hotel in the morning we checked out, we were on motorcycles. I have no idea how a car would get in there.

It is not 4-stars hotel. 3 stars is maximum. If you want to use internet you must get new coupon on reception every 3 hours.

Location, location, location. We were kindly upgraded to a room facing the lake with a balcony. The hotel is in a pedestrian area with many restaurants and beautiful buildings, very romantic. The hotel is family run and full of old school charm. Room fixtures are dated by modern standards but clean and in good order.
Not a negative but best to know that you can't drive to the hotel door. However the hotel has parking in a secure garage very close and they transport you and your luggage in an electric buggy, adding to the charm.

For some bizzare reason hotel very protective of wifi code only giving you a code for one or three hours and thats after taking your passport

Lovely location overlooking the lake, fantastic breakfast and restaurant. Rooms have balconies to sit on.
View from window was awful - and not worth it for the price. We had to have two separate rooms as there were no family rooms left. Curtains in bathroom windows are see through so neighbouring flats intrude privacy. Complimentary apples given near lift were off and stale.

Awesome location, parking properly arranged, a very good breakfast, rooms quite ok. The hotel staff was not very friendly: will not stay at Sole again!
I thought I booked a queen bed room, but received a twin bed instead. The hotel staff refused to change the room to one with a queen bed, but after the first night they offered to put the two twin beds together with one large sheet. It was not too convenient to fall in between the two beds in the middle of the night..
